One major lesson we learned during our own wedding is that you really need that go-to-do-it-all-one-stop-shop coordinator who is on top of things during an event. Things can get a little hectic. And lets face it, the bride is not supposed to lift a finger or worry about a thing on her big day, and her family shouldn't either. We are here to make your day run smoothly, make sure everything is in its place at the time it should be, and of course to make sure those last minute family and friend stragglers are in place too.

                                          At $1,200~ You Can Expect:

  • Every bride has a certain vision for their big day; If you decide we are a good match for you, we will spend the time to get to know you and review all your ideas and hopes for your day to guarantee we can carry out your expectations and goals.

    • At least 3 meeting prior to the wedding (one meeting to be a visit to the venue)

    • Unlimited emails/phone calls

    • Recommending/contacting vendors

    • Assistance with creating the itinerary of the rehearsal dinner/wedding day

    • Providing questionnaires/checklists to ensure every detail is covered

  • You can find us at your event for the majority of the day. It is important that we are there to help set up, greet vendors, and get the venue prepped. Throughout the day we are busy bees. We are there to make sure the day runs smoothly with little chaos and worry-free fun for the guests.

    • Assisting/coordinating set-up

    • Responsible for décor including table design, ceremony setup, etc.

    • Directing vendors

    • We will be present at the rehearsal dinner to direct the ceremony walk through

    • Up to 2 hours at rehearsal dinner, Up to 10 hours at the venue during the wedding day.

    • Pay vendors remaining balances

    • Ensure the itinerary remains on schedule

    • We are consciences of blending in during the ceremony/reception to avoid a chaotic feel

    • Assisting with lite décor tear town

    • Ensuring someone is responsible for trash, remaining decorations, flowers, etc.

Please Note - There is an additional charge of $0.60 per mile outside of a 20 mile distance from Bellingham.

*Looking for just a little help? Sometimes brides just need a point person to assist with family and vendor arrivals and direction during the ceremony; we can do that too. We offer smaller packages for smaller needs.
